Hours of Operation
Nature Bums is owned and operated by two work at home moms! We appreciate your understanding that we may not always be available to receive your call throughout the day. However, if you email us at Info@naturebums.com, we will be happy to return your comments and concerns as soon as we can. We are proud to be entrepreneurs, but being a mommy comes first! We accept calls between 10am-5pm.

Currency/Payment
All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept payment via Paypal, which allows us to take the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Shipping Times
We ship in stock items every Tuesday by 4:00 pm. You can expect to recieve your order within 3-5 business days, via Canada Post. In the case of an item being backordered or special order, we will be in contact with you immediately, and ship the item to you as quickly as possible.

Local Pick-Up/Delivery
If you are in the Red Deer/Blackfalds area, you can arrange for the pick up of your order. Contact Nature Bums at (403) 885-1816 to arrange a time. Please note that we request 2 business days to prepare and pack your order and that all orders include a $4.00 handling fee. Simply choose the Local Pick Up option during check out.
 
Returns/Exchange
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all new, unwashed and unused products in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless your order has not yet been shipped. You must contact us via phone or email regarding your return before sending it back. All defective products must be handled with the manufacturer.

This is the current warranty information for the following products.


Baby Kangas products. Manufacturer offers  a 90 day warranty on sewing and zippers, etc. and a lifetime warranty on the snaps.

Sugar Peas products. Manufacturer offers a 90 day guarantee on sewing and zippers, etc. and a lifetime guarantee on snaps.

Jam Tots products. Manufacturer offers a 90 day warranty on sewing, zippers, etc. and a lifetime warranty on snaps.

Defective Products
All defective products are handled by the manufacturer. Your item may be eligible for repair or replacement, to the discretion of the manufacturer. Leaking of diapers is not covered by warranty, as this may be due to fit or improper washing. Please be certaing you are following the care instructions of the manufacturer. If you require assistance in this area, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Return shipping to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
